REGISTERING A PARTICIPANT ACCOUNT

 

 

There are two steps to create an account:

  1. Completing the registration form
  2. E-mail address verification 

 


You're at step 1. Please complete the registration form and click on the [REGISTER] button. You will receive an e-mail with an activation link. Once you follow the activation link, you will be able to log in to the system.

Registration for the European Congress of SMEs does not involve payment. However, we need some information about you in order to verify your identity and secure access to the facility where the Congress will be held, as well as to allow the organizer or his partners to communicate with you.

Personal data processing - information clauses

  1. The administrator of personal data collected during registration and account creation is the Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Katowice.
  2. The collected personal data will be processed in order to:
    a. registration for Congress and setting up an individual account in the registration system that will allow access to data, change of participant's data
    b. identity verification when entering the premises of the Congress, a printout and issuing the appropriate identifier,
    c. mediating in the booking of accommodation and its settlement,
    d. enabling checking the list of participants, contacting and arranging meetings between registered participants of the Congress using an on-line messenger for mobile devices
    e. marketing of services and communication by the CCI in Katowice with a participant, in the form of written or electronic correspondence or using telecommunications devices (telephones, SMSs),
    f. providing data to the organizers, partners and sponsors of the Congress in order to enable them to communicate with the participant or marketing their services - in the form of written or electronic correspondence or using telecommunications equipment (e.g. telephones, SMSes);
    g. keeping statistics, measuring quality and effectiveness.
  3. Data processing consisting in collecting, storing and sharing data from the registration form is necessary to complete the abovementioned legally justified goals pursued by the abovementioned data controllers and recipients. In the case of certain data or specific types of processing that cannot be considered necessary to complete the abovementioned purposes or in the case of purposes that cannot be considered sufficiently justified - indicated separately in the appropriate data field or in the statements of consent at the end of the registration form - the consent of the participant will also be the basis for processing.
  4. The data will be processed only for the time necessary to achieve the purposes of processing referred to above, but not less than for the period required by law or for the period necessary to pursue claims, and no longer than until the appropriate objection to data processing or withdrawal of consent for data processing.
  5. The person registering and creating an account is entitled to access their data and to correct them, in particular through the registration system and their account. The registrant may at any time request the rectification, deletion or limitation of the processing of his data; she also has the right to object to a given processing and the right to lodge a complaint to the competent supervisory authority, i.e. to the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, on the conditions set out in the relevant provisions of law.

Registration FAQ

*I am getting a message that my address already exists in the system
This message means that in the past you registered in the system and have an account in it. You can reset the forgotten password using [Forgotten password] on the login page. People who already have an account in the system do not need to register again.

* You did not receive an e-mail with an activation link or a voucher
First, check the "spam", "offers" and other bookmarks in the mailbox. If the email with the activation link is not in any folder, write to us at pomoc@exposupport.pl. If you have not received an e-mail with the voucher, check your account in the system in the my tickets tab.

* Another problem with registration
